Coastal
The sounds of the sea and the rhythm of the waves are rest to my soul. I have lived by the sea for most of my life and for the few short years I haven’t then I have had close associations with it. Take the time today to walk a beach, take a deep deep breathe and smell the aromas and listen to the sounds. My grandmother always used to say if you had anything wrong with you take it down to the sea. Apart from the sea, rivers and lakes also bring me great joy.
